• 2 whole Peaches, peeled and sliced
• 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled

Instructions

 

• Puree the peaches in a blender until smooth.
• Add a tablespoon of peach puree to a chilled champagne flute.
• Slowly pour the Prosecco into the glass until about ¾ full.
• Garnish with a fresh slice of peach and serve immediately.

• You can substitute Prosecco with either Franciacorta or Moscato d’Asti to get a similar flavor profile.
• If peaches aren’t in season, simply purchase a peach puree for your Bellini.
