4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 tomatoes, chopped
½ Shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley, fresh, chopped
½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
⅓ cup Mozzarella Cheese, dry
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
