Ingredients

½ pound Bucatini Noodles
3 cups Tomatoes, fresh
6 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Basil, dried
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
8 ounces Burrata Cheese
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Garnish

1 bunch Basil, finely chopped
4 tablespoons Pine Nuts, toasted

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic, and cook for one to two minutes before adding dried basil, and red pepper flakes.
Next, toss the tomatoes in the oil and season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the tomatoes for 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, get a pot of water salted and put it on high heat. Next, boil the pasta until al dente.
Drain the pasta and immediately add it to the skillet.
Thoroughly coat the noodles.
Remove the pan from the heat and add fresh basil.
Add as many bite-sized pieces of burrata cheese as you prefer.
Garnish with pine nuts before serving, and enjoy.
